We sincerely hope that you are all safe with your families at home amidst these trying times. With the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) continuing to keep us in our homes, we would like to share with you a bit of good news to hopefully brighten up your day.

We are happy to announce that Design Story’s new website, www.designstory.com.ph, is now live! We created this website with all of you, our dearest clients, in mind. We aim to make your Design Story shopping experience convenient at the comfort of your homes. Rest assured, we are working hard on all your inquiries and orders.

When you need us, we will always do our best to be available for you to contact should you have concerns or inquiries regarding our products. You may reach us through our readily available channels, such as the website chat or email. You may also message us on our social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook. (Let’s make these clickable, going to our pages). We will be more than happy to assist you with any inquiry you may have.

As the ECQ continues to challenge all of us, we are all trying our best to cope with the situation. Unfortunately, the situation also challenged our logistics processes, and orders will be delivered later than usual. For the meantime, we also had to limit the orders within Metro Manila. Incase you have orders that needs to be shipped outside of Metro Manila, please contact us.

While the current situation it is difficult for all of us, we will do our best to be at your service, but keeping in mind that your health and safety is the priority, above all else.
